Reigning Australian Champion Sire Written Tycoon is faring extremely well as a sire of sires - his first three sons at stud all siring stakes winners including the tough and talented dual Group winner Rich Enuff, sire of this lovely colt.

Despite not being represented by the big numbers of foals of many of his competitors, Rich Enuff is in the top ten third season sires at present - doing a great job with his first two crops producing 62 winners from just 92 runners, an excellent 67.4% strike rate.

Two of Rich Enuff's runners are stakes winners - the highly rated Dosh and the recent winner Plutocrat whilst another (Diamonds) is stakes placed with a further 15 (including the exciting unbeaten Orbisyn) being metropolitan winners. That means nearly 30% of his winners are at least city class!

Sylvian is a daughter of the dual Gr.1 winning high class stallion Tavistock, sire of 32 stakes winners - seven of whom have been successful at the elite level. And what a promising broodmare sire he is, from their first 29 runners his daughters producing 14 winners including the Gr.3 winner Bellacontte, the up-and-comer Mr Brightside (winner of six in a row last spring including the Listed Seymour Cup) and the tough mare Annavisto (a stakes winner of five races from just 12 starts).

Sylvian's dam is the stakes winning Sir Tristram mare Gimmick, dam of the Gr.1 T.J Smith Classic winner Linky Dink. Gimmick is one of seven winners for the city winner Court - also dam of the stakes placed Don Tristram and grandam of the Gr.1 Kingsford-Smith Cup winner Clearly Innocent and the Gr.1 Rosehill Guineas hero Sale Of Century.
